Time to Rally for the Bedminster PBA in our 4th Annual Kickball Tournament! Rally Social Sports is helping the Bedminster PBA host their annual fundraising tournament on Oct 8, 2022. Join us for great games, music, food, drinks, and raffles! Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the day raising money for the guys and gals in blue. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Tournament Details:
- 18yo to play in the games, 21yo to drink.
- Teams consist of 10 - 14 players.
- Every team guaranteed a minimum of 3 games - after that, keep winning to advance.
- $300 per team
- Games at Bedminster, NJ Fields - River Rd and possibly Miller Lane for additional fields
- Teams get shirts and Winner's get a Championship Trophy
- Food and alcohol will be sold and allowed in designated areas - you must have a valid 21+ ID.
- ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED - this will be strictly enforced.
- This is a fun & social event...and it's kickball...heat on the feet, not on the street. Let's keep it light, fun, and laid back. Overly aggressive play/behavior toward refs, admins, and other teams won't be tolerated - you'll be asked to leave.
- Limited to 16 teams - first come first served.
- Be prepared to play in a light rain - we might! We recommend that teams bring a tent/canopy for their 'headquarters'. Be creative.
- Rain/Weather Postponement date: Oct 8th, 2022 (1 week later) - please make sure that you can also play on this date!
- Refunds: no refunds unless we fill your team spot; refund fees may apply.
Format
- Co-ed 10v10 (7M/3W) - at least 3 female players on the field - can have up to 14 players on the roster. Everyone Kicks!
- A ref on every field.
- Game rules will be sent to captains.
How To Register Your Team
- Captains will register their teams on the Rally site for the tournament to secure a spot.
- Click on the red register button and select "register as a Team Captain".
- Name your team and proceed through registration.
- No payments are made on this site - send your payment via check (Note: Team name in memo area) made out to Bedminster PBA directly to:

- Payment must be received within one week of online registration - an admin will contact you to confirm receipt.
- Your team registration is confirmed once payment is received by the PBA. Once payment is confirmed, you will pick your team shirt color and the color will be added to your team name online. If no check is received, your registration will be void. Team shirt colors are on a first come (paid), first served basis.
- Captains will have individual players register directly onto their team by May 22nd (players will not be prompted for payment - we need them to register to click the waiver, organize your roster, and to get their team shirt sizes). When registering, players will select 'Team Player' and then select the team from the drop-down menu and complete registration. Must register by Sept 14th to guarantee a team shirt.
